From Darbhanga in Bihar to serving the nation as Indian Telecom Services [1984 Batch] and then leading a Navratna PSU as Chairman & Managing Director [CMD], Sunil Kumar’s journey spans over 38 years of public service, leadership, resilience, and purpose.
Throughout his government career, he led teams, built institutions, navigated crises, and upheld the highest standards of integrity — shaping lives, decisions, and impact across the country. These experiences cultivated a powerful belief:
Designation retires. Wisdom does not.
